Fixing problems receiving email from TestServer_for_ahaGO
Are you missing email contacts from our members? Or didn't receive an expected message from us? Try this
Go to the My Account page and click Send Again next to your email address. If you don't receive an email from us within 10 minutes, then more than likely one of the following happened
- Mail can occasionally be delayed - even for hours.
- You made a typo in your email address - examine it carefully
- Your email program is discarding mail for TestServer_for_ahaGO. Every mail program has some type of blocked senders option. Here is how to handle this for several popular email programs.
In Hotmail - you can add ahaGO.com to a list of allowed senders
- On main page, top right click on Options
- A pulldown menu appears, click More options...
- Under Junk e-mail click Allowed and blocked senders
- Then click Allowed senders
- In field Sender or domain to allow:
Enter ahaGO.com and Click on Add to List >>
In Yahoo - you simply have to examine the Block Addresses list
- On main page, top right click on Options
- Then click on Block Addresses
- Scroll and check very carefully through the blocked address
list for anything ending in ahaGO.com
Scroll and look for post@ahaGO.com, then remove it from the blocked list
