Feedback in the Member Sign In should appear in green background and will point to most sign in problems. But here are the most common things to look for.
- Enter just your Member ID or just your Email address, to see whether our web site recognizes it
- If your Member ID is not matched, try your Email address
- If your Email address is not matched, check the spelling very carefully. Also think about whether you might have given us a different Email address. Most people have several Email addresses.
- If your Member ID or Email match, but the password is wrong, just have us Email account information.
- If you are entering your Member ID, remember that you might be reversing some letters or digits. Check carefully because BLJ212 and BJL212 are very different. If in doubt, use your Email address.
- If you think you entered your password correctly, maybe you left your Caps Lock key on.
- You may have never completed a registration or perhaps someone else registered for you. In this case, your Member ID or Email address should be given without a password and you should then be able to complete your registration.
- Finally, maybe you never registered with us at all! In this case, just use the "Register" link in the Sign In page.
