This unit was completely remodeled from floor to ceiling in 1994 with a high quality finishes and now a new owner will purchase all new furniture in 1999. It looks great with a very western feel.
FLOOR PLAN - The living room allows for a large open area perfect for congregating with friends and/ or family. A glass door opens on to a private deck with panoramic views of Lake Dillon and the Gore Mountain Range. The deck is also equipped with patio furniture for relaxing and dining. The entertainment center houses a TV, VCR, stereo with cassette & CD player, cards, board games, private phone (for local and credit card calls) and a paperback and a magazine library exchange.
