My two bedroom - 2 bath home with den is situated in a private Golf Course Community, with a lovely view of the golf course, 4th fairway, where from the lst floor balcony you can watch the Egrets and Ibis flocking to the pond just to the right of our home.
My home has every amenity for your comfort. Private swimming pool. Home is Tastefully decorated with use of computer, Vcr, Cable, bike. The kitchen would please any cook's dream, and for your comfort, both bedrooms have Queen sized beds, and walk-in closets.The den has a queen sized bed which disappears into the wall when not in use.
Only 20 minutes, to Sanibel Island beaches, and Fort Myers Beaches, 2 hours to Miami Art Deco district, and art galleries of Naples. I am a single professional, who is very active in tennis and golfing. In my spare time when I am not working I am fond of traveling to every corner of the world. I am an experienced exchanger and have been to Paris, Stockholm, Manila, Naples, Berlin, Salzburg, Kitzbuhel, (although not always as an exchange). I find this to be a very fulfilling experience in my thirst for adventure and curiosity of other cultures.
I offer my clean, comfortable home to exchangers and do not mind children, as I have two grandsons of my own. Most times they are well behaved....other times, typical Boys! |
