| My apt is in old Brownstone built around the turn of the 20th Cent. It's a large one bedroom, very quiet and comfortably furnished. It's two minutes from Central Park and one minute from Columbus Ave. People remark that it doesn't feel like a typical New York City dwelling. It's quiet. There's a patio where one can have breakfast in the summer. The only drawback is the kitchen. It's small.
