| Looking to exchange my San Francisco home. My home is in the Mission/ Noe Valley district of San Francisco with a gourmet kitchen, jacuzzi tub, and landscaped backyard. The Mission is a vibrant, hip neighborhood with fantastic restaurants, great shopping, and easy transportation to North Beach, Chinatown, Fisherman's Wharf, and other San Francisco tourist attractions. The flat has 3 bedrooms, 3 baths (one with Jacuzzi bathtub), a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with six burner stove and stainless steel appliances, a landscaped backyard with a top of the line barbecue and seating for up to 8 people, a beautiful roof-deck with panormamic views of the city and the bay. The house is chock full of other amenities, and the exchange could also be negotiated to include a car.
