| An athletes utopia: enjoy miles of bike lanes both within and outside the neighborhood and a 2.5 mile trail around one of two lakes. Martins Landing is a unique community consisting of varied architectural styles from contemporary to traditional. Three swimming pools, several tennis courts, and at least one playground adorn the neighborhood. This neighborhood feels remote despite the fact that it is convienant (2 miles) to local highways. Martins Landing is very safe. It is ideal for the retired couple, families, and couples who want to spend time away yet near the city of Atlanta. | I am a teacher by trade and pursue fitness for pleasure- marathons, triathlons, etc. I enjoy lazy days at the beach or a quiet mountain cabin, cities, etc...I like short weekend trips and weeklong adventures.
