| Our house is 2 years old with all new furniture. We have 4 bedrooms+ Loft and 3 bathrooms we are 5 minutes walking distance to the beach (we have a golf cart with a garage should you want a 1 min. trip) and we are across from the pool. This area offers many excellent restaurants, golf and shopping with out being too commercial. Our 30 mile stretch has no fast-food or main stream commercial stores other than a grocery store. The beach is beautiful white sand with clear blue water you can see dolphins jumping from our beach. I have created a web page for the house if you are interested I can give you the URL which has about 20 photos of all the rooms and area as well as useful links. Our house is located with in walking distance to Gulf Place and with in 10 minutes of Sandestin and Seaside Fl, there are web links to both resort towns.
