5 bedroom home in a tranquil location on half an acre of landscaped garden. Extensive decking with Hot tub to the rear which is a sun trap and very private. Equidistant to Wexford, Waterford and New Ross.
3 year old house, tastefully decorated and furnished for low maintainance as it is used as a family holiday home. Wooden floors throughout the house.
There are two large Bedroom upstairs, each with double beds and double foutons. Each fouton can be used to sleep 2 children comfortably. There is also a childrens games room upstairs and a Toilet and shower with WHB.
Downstairs there are two double bedrooms and a single bedroom. The Master bedroom is at the rear of the house with ensuite Toilet, Shower and WHB. In the Master bedroom, patio doors lead to the deck area and the hot tub.
Modern Rustic Kithen with Dining area is located to the rear of the house. There is a TV lounge (including DVD and Video) and a dining room also on the ground floor. We have deliberately chosen not to install a phone line or internet access as this is a retreat which we believe should not be interrupted.
There is plenty to do close to the location. Hook Lighthouse is worth a visit or go for lovely walks in Historic Tintern Abbey located 300 metres from our house. Duncannon Blue Flag beach is closeby as are many other beaches.
After a long day touring closeby it is great to sit and relax on the deck while enjoying a nice BBQ and then relax in the hot tub with a pleasant glass of wine.

 Family of 2 Adults, 2 Girls [16-18 years old] |
We are a family of 4, 2 Adults and 2 Teenage Girls. We live in Dublin and have a business in Dublin.
Ideally we would like to exchange for a property in Los Angeles during August 2006.
We are in the Software and Hair and Beauty business and the only Male in the house is an aviation enthusiast who owns a Cirrus SR20 general aviation aircraft. He would like to spend time flying in Los angeles and do his instrument rating during the stay.
We are open to the possibility of exchanging ourhome in Dublin if you would like to stay in both Dublin and Wexford while visiting Ireland.
We can make our cars available if we have no need for them - BMW 318Ci auto and a Volvo XC90 auto. |
