A 2002 Hunter Sailboat moored in a full scale marina in Northeast Florida. The marina has a pool and laundy facilities. The boat slip backs up to a coastal marsh that opens up to the Intracoastal waterway. The beach is a 2-5 minute scooter ride. A 2008 scooter, 18' canoe, fishing poles, and surfboard available. The boat's cabin is modern but small. It will sleep two people comfortably. Otters, manatees, marshbirds abound. Miles of shelling beaches and usually good surfing conditions.
