| Family of 4 interested in exploring a new adventure in a different part of the country. Two kids, 7 and 8. Very active family. We would love to make a move while our kids are young and easily relocated. Husband is a college football coach, possibly interested in a career change, interested in possibly owning a business and working for ourselves. Location in Hawaii is more important than home size. We are willing to scale down considerably in our trade, as our oldest is leaving for college in the fall and we value an educational move to a great environment over square footage. We are looking for an exchange for at least 6 months but preferably in the 2-4 year range. |
